Can Scat (Brackish) and Shell Dweller (Multi) Live Together?

Scat (Brackish) and Shell Dweller (Multi) both frequent the Bottom (Substrate) region of the setup. This overlap can increase competition for space, so providing ample room and cover is important to keep both species comfortable.
