Can Three-striped Dwarf Cichlid and Zebra Loach Live Together?

Three-striped Dwarf Cichlid is a generally mild-mannered species (4/10), while Zebra Loach is peaceful (2/10). This modest difference means Three-striped Dwarf Cichlid may occasionally assert dominance over Zebra Loach.

Three-striped Dwarf Cichlid and Zebra Loach both frequent the Bottom (Substrate) region of the setup. This overlap can increase competition for space, so providing ample room and cover is important to keep both species comfortable.
