Can Striped Raphael Catfish and Wrestling Halfbeak Live Together?

Striped Raphael Catfish is a peaceful species (2/10), while Wrestling Halfbeak is generally mild-mannered (4/10). This modest difference means Wrestling Halfbeak may occasionally assert dominance over Striped Raphael Catfish.
