Can Regan's Julie and Yellow Sand Cichlid Live Together?

Regan's Julie and Yellow Sand Cichlid both frequent the Bottom (Substrate) region of the setup. This overlap can increase competition for space, so providing ample room and cover is important to keep both species comfortable.
