Can Japanese Ricefish (Medaka) and Mbu Puffer Live Together?

Japanese Ricefish (Medaka) is a peaceful species (2/10), while Mbu Puffer is semi-aggressive (7/10). This notable difference means Mbu Puffer may occasionally assert dominance over Japanese Ricefish (Medaka).
