Can Honey Blue Eye and Zebra Pleco (L046) Live Together?

Honey Blue Eye is a peaceful species (2/10), while Zebra Pleco (L046) is generally mild-mannered (3/10). This modest difference means Zebra Pleco (L046) may occasionally assert dominance over Honey Blue Eye.

In terms of spatial distribution, Honey Blue Eye prefers the Top (Surface) and Middle (Open Water) zones, whereas Zebra Pleco (L046) occupies the Bottom (Substrate) zone. Because they use different levels of the water column, territorial disputes are less likely and the tank will appear more balanced.
