Can Head and Tail Light Tetra and Spotted Raphael Catfish Live Together?

Head and Tail Light Tetra is a peaceful species (1/10), while Spotted Raphael Catfish is peaceful (2/10). This modest difference means Spotted Raphael Catfish may occasionally assert dominance over Head and Tail Light Tetra.
