Can Forktail Blue-eye and Teugelsi Bichir Live Together?

Forktail Blue-eye is a peaceful species (2/10), while Teugelsi Bichir is moderately assertive (5/10). This modest difference means Teugelsi Bichir may occasionally assert dominance over Forktail Blue-eye.
