Can Emerald Eye Rasbora and Peppermint Pleco Live Together?

Emerald Eye Rasbora is a peaceful species (1/10), while Peppermint Pleco is generally mild-mannered (3/10). This modest difference means Peppermint Pleco may occasionally assert dominance over Emerald Eye Rasbora.
