Can Celebes Halfbeak and Helicopter Catfish Live Together?

Celebes Halfbeak is a generally mild-mannered species (4/10), while Helicopter Catfish is highly aggressive (9/10). This notable difference means Helicopter Catfish may occasionally assert dominance over Celebes Halfbeak.
