Can Brevis Shelldweller and Congo Tetra Live Together?

Brevis Shelldweller is a moderately assertive species (5/10), while Congo Tetra is peaceful (2/10). This modest difference means Brevis Shelldweller may occasionally assert dominance over Congo Tetra.
