Can Blind Cave Tetra and Kuhli Loach Live Together?

Blind Cave Tetra and Kuhli Loach both frequent the Bottom (Substrate) region of the setup. This overlap can increase competition for space, so providing ample room and cover is important to keep both species comfortable.
