Can Black Phantom Tetra and Mexican Dwarf Crayfish (CPO) Live Together?

To house Black Phantom Tetra and Mexican Dwarf Crayfish (CPO) together, plan for an aquarium of at least 60 litres with a minimum length of 60 cm.
