Can Achara Catfish and Blue Emperor Tetra Live Together?

Achara Catfish is a moderately assertive species (6/10), while Blue Emperor Tetra is peaceful (2/10). This notable difference means Achara Catfish may occasionally assert dominance over Blue Emperor Tetra.
