Can Tinfoil Barb and Whiptail Catfish Live Together?

Tinfoil Barb is a generally mild-mannered species (3/10), while Whiptail Catfish is peaceful (1/10). This modest difference means Tinfoil Barb may occasionally assert dominance over Whiptail Catfish.
