Can Silvertip Tetra and Teugelsi Bichir Live Together?

Silvertip Tetra is a generally mild-mannered species (4/10), while Teugelsi Bichir is moderately assertive (5/10). This modest difference means Teugelsi Bichir may occasionally assert dominance over Silvertip Tetra.
