Can Shortbarbel Pangasius and Teugelsi Bichir Live Together?

Shortbarbel Pangasius is a generally mild-mannered species (4/10), while Teugelsi Bichir is moderately assertive (5/10). This modest difference means Teugelsi Bichir may occasionally assert dominance over Shortbarbel Pangasius.
