Can Rummynose Rasbora and Teugelsi Bichir Live Together?

Rummynose Rasbora is a peaceful species (2/10), while Teugelsi Bichir is moderately assertive (5/10). This modest difference means Teugelsi Bichir may occasionally assert dominance over Rummynose Rasbora.
