Can Marbled Bichir and Mono Sebae (Brackish) Live Together?

Marbled Bichir is a moderately assertive species (6/10), while Mono Sebae (Brackish) is generally mild-mannered (4/10). This modest difference means Marbled Bichir may occasionally assert dominance over Mono Sebae (Brackish).

In terms of spatial distribution, Marbled Bichir prefers the Bottom (Substrate) zone, whereas Mono Sebae (Brackish) occupies the Middle (Open Water) zone. Because they use different levels of the water column, territorial disputes are less likely and the tank will appear more balanced.
