Can Livingston's Cichlid and Pink Tailed Chalceus Live Together?

Livingston's Cichlid is a semi-aggressive species (8/10), while Pink Tailed Chalceus is moderately assertive (6/10). This modest difference means Livingston's Cichlid may occasionally assert dominance over Pink Tailed Chalceus.
