Can Kuhli Loach and Tambraparni Barb Live Together?

Kuhli Loach is a peaceful species (0/10), while Tambraparni Barb is generally mild-mannered (3/10). This modest difference means Tambraparni Barb may occasionally assert dominance over Kuhli Loach.
