Can Honey Blue Eye and Saddled Bichir Live Together?

Honey Blue Eye is a peaceful species (2/10), while Saddled Bichir is moderately assertive (6/10). This notable difference means Saddled Bichir may occasionally assert dominance over Honey Blue Eye.
