Can Freshwater Barracuda and Whiteseam Fighter Live Together?

Freshwater Barracuda is a moderately assertive species (6/10), while Whiteseam Fighter is generally mild-mannered (3/10). This modest difference means Freshwater Barracuda may occasionally assert dominance over Whiteseam Fighter.
