Can Endler's Livebearer and Teugelsi Bichir Live Together?

Endler's Livebearer is a peaceful species (1/10), while Teugelsi Bichir is moderately assertive (5/10). This notable difference means Teugelsi Bichir may occasionally assert dominance over Endler's Livebearer.
