Can Checker Barb and Tambraparni Barb Live Together?

Checker Barb is a peaceful species (2/10), while Tambraparni Barb is generally mild-mannered (3/10). This modest difference means Tambraparni Barb may occasionally assert dominance over Checker Barb.

Checker Barb and Tambraparni Barb both frequent the Middle (Open Water) region of the setup. This overlap can increase competition for space, so providing ample room and cover is important to keep both species comfortable.

Worth noting: Tambraparni Barb is a known jumper, so a tight-fitting lid is essential.
