Can Blind Cave Tetra and Brown Bullhead Catfish Live Together?

Blind Cave Tetra is a generally mild-mannered species (4/10), while Brown Bullhead Catfish is moderately assertive (6/10). This modest difference means Brown Bullhead Catfish may occasionally assert dominance over Blind Cave Tetra.
