Can Blackline Rasbora and Fire Eel Live Together?

Blackline Rasbora is a peaceful species (1/10), while Fire Eel is generally mild-mannered (4/10). This modest difference means Fire Eel may occasionally assert dominance over Blackline Rasbora.
