Can Arapaima and Neon Blue Goby Live Together?

Arapaima is a semi-aggressive species (7/10), while Neon Blue Goby is generally mild-mannered (3/10). This notable difference means Arapaima may occasionally assert dominance over Neon Blue Goby.
