Can Antennae Stingray and Cardinal Tetra Live Together?

Antennae Stingray is a moderately assertive species (5/10), while Cardinal Tetra is peaceful (1/10). This notable difference means Antennae Stingray may occasionally assert dominance over Cardinal Tetra.
