Can Allen's Rainbowfish and Orange Chromide Live Together?

Allen's Rainbowfish is a peaceful species (2/10), while Orange Chromide is generally mild-mannered (4/10). This modest difference means Orange Chromide may occasionally assert dominance over Allen's Rainbowfish.
